Tommy Powers is a leader in high-performance training, specializing in strength and conditioning, nutrition, and athlete development. With extensive experience working with elite athletes across multiple sports, including hockey, figure skating, soccer, and dance, he has dedicated his career to helping athletes maximize their potential.

A former collegiate hockey player at UMass Lowell, Tommy earned a double major in Exercise Physiology and Nutrition, giving him a comprehensive understanding of both training and the critical role of fueling the body for performance. He later pursued a Master’s degree in Kinesiology from A.T. Still University, further deepening his expertise in human movement and athletic performance.

Tommy’s career led him to the NHL, where he served as the Strength and Conditioning Coordinator for the Phoenix Coyotes before becoming the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Florida Panthers. He later worked as a consultant for the Arizona Coyotes, advising on player development and performance optimization.

With years of experience in both the private sector and professional sports, Tommy has developed a science-based, results-driven approach to training. His philosophy integrates strength, speed, skill development, and nutrition to create well-rounded, resilient athletes. His passion lies in helping athletes reach their highest potential, preparing them for success at the next level—whether in youth development, collegiate competition, or professional sports.
